Inv# 102409CRA - Our investigation of a private residence in Easton, MA. The investigation initiated with an interview of Client1 and Client2 where it was determined that Client1 had experienced possible shadow activity. Continuing the interview revealed that Client2 seemed to be experiencing some sleeping issues where she wakes up between 2am and 3am for no apparent reason and then seems to have some difficulty getting back to sleep. Client2 further stated that while she wasn’t suffering from dreadful feelings she did feel some unease at the time the awakening occurs. Case Photos

On October 28th, 2009 the above preliminary information and evidentiary results were presented to the attending TMPRG members at the group business meeting and it was determined that a full investigation is not warranted but that a full EAP/EVP session be recorded by Clients 1&2 while they are out of the dwelling. Currently, investigation 102409cra is considered to be in “open” status and “active”.

Synopsis:
Based on the evidence gathered, the input of Clients 1&2 and the experiences reported by Inv. Ostlund it has been determined by this investigator that the dwelling in question is in fact experiencing a low level of transient paranormal activity or phenomena caused or supported by an existing manmade environmental concern.

While all environmental readings, humidity and temperature, remained normal in relation to the established baseline there were still remarkable EMF readings which support the conclusion of active paranormal phenomena. This phenomenon was not restricted to one room or area of the unit and occurred throughout the dwelling and is further substantiated by the capture of EAP/EVP within a 15’ radius of an extremely ‘hot’ EMF spot which is believed to be but not yet confirmed, caused by some type of wiring junction box located in the floor of the living room. To further substantiate this theory, there were several orbs captured digitally throughout the dwelling. More research needs to be done concerning the property and the construction of the building.

The interview continued with the focus now on the dwelling itself. Client1 revealed that the building, which is now an apartment dwelling consisting of four units, was at one time in its history a retail outlet of some sorts. Interior and exterior construction looks to have been updated sometime in the mid to late 1970’s It is noted and further recommended that additional research be done in this area to determine the exact age of the existing building and to verify the existence of previous dwellings on the parcel.

It is the recommendation of this investigator that due to the high level EMF in the living room that every effort to avoid staying in the EMF zone for any length of time be minimized. This can be accomplished by simply rearranging the furniture so as to place oneself outside the ‘EMF Hot Zone’. Another solution would be to purchase an EMF blocking/diffusion fabric/material which can be placed under the existing carpet. The final recommendation and a more permanent solution would be to have the owners of the property trace the wiring and replace it with a more modern, properly shielded wire. 

In conclusion, it is the belief of this investigator that the dwelling that Client1 and Client2 occupy is experiencing paranormal activity due to the extremely high EMF readings. The high level of EMF is acting like a fuel station to whatever entity or entities that happen to pass through or by the property and could even be acting as a beacon of sorts to attract them. These high level EMF may also be attributing to the sighting of shadows as reported by Client1 as well as the cause of the sleep problems by Client2. It is not outside the realm of possibility that the EMF readings as high as what were being registered in the living room are creating a ‘Fear Cage’ environment.
